T-REVIEWS: THE GREATEST SHOWMAN

The Greatest Showman is a spectacle with the greatest cinematic experience ever. I admit though non-musical fan might not get the hype but if you love some good old music in them films, this movie is a must watch. Besides being a wonder to the eyes watching how creative the scenes were shot, I love movies that leave you thinking after your butt leaves the seat and this movie serves just a taste of that.

It teaches us that when we feel we have achieved the most, it is the time to stay humble and grounded. It reminds us to not forget where we come from, the people who stood by us in life and those who love us truly; those are the people that really matters because they are the ones who would take the risk with you by supporting you at your worst.

My favourite character is Charity because she is the kind of woman that I respect - a person who stands by her man and would share with him wisdom that makes him a better person. She said: I never minded the risk but we always did it together.

I also truly respect Barnum who remained faithful to her despite the temptation of a very gorgeous woman. Even though he got "greedy", it was all because of his love for her and his children (hence forgiven). Their love story is a beautiful one that young people should learn to appreciate - true love, trust and commitment truly makes a strong relationship.

I wasn't impressed with Zac Efron in the movie unfortunately although the scene with his love interest with those ropes were mesmerizing. but Hugh Jackman deserves a lot of credit and is definitely a better showman than he is Wolverine (I think, subjected to backlash and critics).

And this movie is greater than La La Land la.
